Board reviews capital outlay and budget cuts
WWG -- While state legislators hammered out a new budget it doesn't begin to solve the financial issues in most districts. "This will help our bottom line next year," said Woelber.
A state wide insurance program was passed by the legislature, but it was immediately vetoed by the governor. Woelber said, " overall it is good news for the districts."
