Man charged after teen found in S.C.

According to the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, Larry Alvis Crowder, 40, of 123 Lakeview Lane in Cherryville, was arrested on charges including contributing to the delinquency of a minor and felony first-degree kidnapping and three-counts of statutory rape.
