Brava - great letter and advice. Anyone that doesn't treat a pet like any other member of the family shouldn't have one. We have the same problem in Lucerne, folks that don't want to do poop patrol duty in their own yard so they take their dog to someone else's place. That is NOT being a good neighbor!
