With a sign that says free kittens that tells me that was probably his grandkids trying to find homes for them. I know people do this everyday, everywhere but it really is unneccessary. Spay and Neuter your animals. It is inexpensive at your local humane societies.

Come to think of it we need to nueter some people too! Both my dogs came from the shelter and I love them very much and they are the best dogs in the world!
