So what that he is a FWPD officer! I never realized that they had different rules to protect themselves. Truth of the matter is Mr. Hetrick thought this man was much smaller than him and he could take him. Turns out Officer Mc Horse Kicked his butt and now the bubba is upset. Trust me no one is Happy or makes comments when they know an officer is somewhere. SO, Mr Hetrick tell someone else your lies. And you ask why he is still an officer, well because what happen that day has nothing to do with his job or how he proforms it. It was a agruement that turned aggressive, and he defended himself.
