Authorities say the same house caught fire two nights in a row this week. Nassau County, N.Y., Fire Marshal Michael Mennello says both fires have been deemed accidental.

Nassau fire marshal Michael Mennello was on the phone Wednesday night, explaining to a homeowner why her Lake Success house had caught fire the night before, when he heard a call over the radio: The house was on fire again.

Lake Success-based Grassi & Co. partnered with New York Construction magazine on the report that surveyed construction company officials on the state of their business, including organizational structure, contract types, training and technology, profitability and access to capital, financial tools, business development and future vision.

The villages of Great Neck, Kings Point and Lake Success will all hold elections this coming Tuesday, June 16.
