Lake Ozark P&Z Makes Two Moves

WHY isn't a site plan required for this building. Is this something new with lake ozark? You just go ahead and build and we approve whatever it is that you build? Sounds like the same old crap that Joe and Johnny has been pulling.

Gee,does this mean I don't have to provide a site plan if I want to add a business next to my building?

Is this a new ordinance? What kind of sales tax revenue is a dent repair body shop going to bring to L O? Sounds like this is just labor. Another fine decision by Joe, Johnny and Dave!!! Heard Buschjost was behind this one. Doesn't that figure? I'm sure a dent repair shop will bring a LOT OF CLOUT to lake Ozark. You had better check to see if a "Country Bumpkin" might own it.
