S.D. 28 Opens Two Miles West of Lake Norden

The South Dakota Department of Transportation will be opening South Dakota Highway 28 two miles west of Lake Norden on Friday, September 9. Swingen Construction, a construction contractor for the department, has completed replacement of a box culvert across Highway 28 that was damaged earlier this year by flooding.
