That is hilarious! I am guessing that this is a tragic family, murder, suicide. Horribly sad. Prayers to the rest of their family.

to "No end": wow, what a horrible display of jumping to conclusions. this situation of 4 bodies in a home could be anything from a case of carbon monoxide poisoning to a triple-murder suicide. why automatically pull the "drugs involved" card? seriously?

to "resident": first of all, i bet you have never even been to pine hills. furthermore, there are dozens and dozens and dozens of places in seminole county that would deserve a title such as the "pine hills of seminole county" before heathrow. what planet are you on?

When people lose their jobs one of the first things that they cut is health care and prescription medication. There are going to be more and more wackos out there running around because they are off their meds.

That house is no longer worth 375 grand because of the deaths. I,ll offer a hundred bucks.

It was good to know the square footage and fair market value for when the house goes on the market. Although, 4 muders may detract from the value.

How many bedrooms and bathrooms??

Really, what difference does it make what the market value of the house is? People are dead and this is the best you can come up with? Oh, and yes, "I will definitely check back for updates on this developing story". right!
Tito hit the nail on the head as well as forshame; though from the sentinel article, we can't really tell but it sounds plausible.

Can someone please tell me what the market value of their home has to do with this report?

"It is 2,927 square feet, with 2,250 square feet of living space. The house has a fair market value of $327,765, according to records."

What does this have to do with the murder/suicide??

Shame on the Sentinel! First of all, the police have not ruled it a muder suicide so why speculate! Why not report the facts as they are given out! And SHAME SHAME on you for mentioning names in the article. I am certain that the police have not given names. Even if it is just the home owner and not the victims. How would you like to be a relative of the homeowner and read their name in the paper assosicated with 4 dead bodies found in their home!

No other REPUTABLE news source has jumped to conclusions or released names!

Yes it is, and there are 4 bodies not 3. The home is not in the gated section but the newer section to the North on a cul-de-sac.

Amen. That's terrible they list names of the property owners (who may well be the deceased in this case).
