1 Just like limitations & prohibitions on raising livestock in the city, there can and should be reasonable limitations to how many pets can be kept. Four, the number allowed by the town, is reasonable. It's NO FUN living next door to a bunch of barking dogs. He77, it's no fun living next to ONE. |
