This is somewhat typical of the "good ole boys" attitude here. This attude will not change as long as they are running the show here in LHC. If your sex, racial makeup, etc is not the same, you are subject to this behavior and sometimes worse. I am sorry to say that I don't see it changing in the near future. For those who does not fit this mold and want to live here, I help you have a strong backbone and a high tolerance.

Mayor Mark Nexsen like most of the council Thinks is ok to spend, spend, and this is a diversion.
