I have some questions.
One: Why does the press keep using Bryant's current age, 25, and keep using Golden's age, 20, at the time of this incident? That makes it sound bad.
Two: How could it take Prosecution FOUR years to try and work-up a case against her? If she were SO obviously guilty, they'd have slam-dunked her, long before keeping her in jail for 4 years.
Three: With obvious signs of past abuse, and this guy was a really big guy, compared to her...how could anyone believe she'd planned this? That she could plan he'd come home and begin abusing her again, and she "planned' that when she tried to call a friend, he'd come after her?
Four: How often does it ever happen that someone in panic accidentally manages to hit "just" the right spot, to kill someone? Answer: Just a lucky shot (for her, perhaps, since it may have saved her life).
And Five: was a toxicology done on him? Had he been drinking? That hasn't been mentioned. Then again, mean & abusive people don't really need excuses, like alcohol.
