Deputy Baxter responded to a cattle theft call on CR 2145. The complainant advised Deputy Baxter an unknown person had stolen 26 head of cattle from his property.

A Fannin County grand jury returned indictments in all 19 cases it heard this past week, including six sexual assaults and indecency with a child by sexual contact.
