Former UI employee pleads guilty to embezzling thousands of dollars
A former employee of the University of Idaho's extension office has pleaded guilty to grand theft for embezzling at least $35,000. The Bonner County Daily Bee reports that 43-year-old Kristan Clar Peacock of Laclede entered her plea Tuesday in 1st District Court.
