Surprise, surprise. Vague personnel matters? No surprises there since Leis-Castillo has placed her friends in positions in WCUSD since she got there. Namely, an Assistant Superintendent, two Principals, and she managed to drive out Mr. Coombs, the best principal WCHS has ever had. Both parents and teachers have become increasingly discontented since she started her tenure there.

This is so true. From what I've seen there is alot of questionable things being done. Especially where personnel is concerned. I've heard of some very unjust actions being taken. But, they know how to dance around it and make it all look legit. I think someone should initiate a very thorough investigation into the practices of the WCUSD. And not just with personnel. Take a real close look at how they handle their budget and how they make exceptions to the laws and rules for one, but not for others. Very unfair to all involved.
