Feds probe car-bombing that hurt Mich. lawyer, 2 sons
Erik G. Chappell, 42, of La Salle, and his sons, 11 and 13, were wounded about 5:40 p.m. when the bomb exploded near the center of the car as they drove in Monroe, Mich.
