The bride-elect is the daughter of Dave and Jennifer Cole of La Salle, Colo. She is the granddaughter of the late Ervin and Marjorie Bevlin and the late Frank and Dorothy Cole.

La Salle firefighters are battling a barn fire after a rancher tried to do a controlled burn.The Weld County Sheriff's Office says one county road is closed and the fire has been contained to the property.Authorities say the fire department has requested help from other departments to fight the fire.

7:10 p.m. In the 2300 block of Colorado Avenue, a 39-year-old Loveland woman on suspicion of felony menacing, felony violation of bail bond conditions, misdemeanor assault and domestic violence.

8:25 p.m. In the 160 block of South Lincoln Avenue, a 45-year-old Loveland man on suspicion of third-degree assault and domestic violence.
