PETA Urges La Porte, Pasadena to Ban Bullhooks, Electric Prods as Cities Prepare to Host Circus

This morning, PETA sent letters to La Porte Mayor Barry Beasley and the La Porte City Council as well as to Pasadena Mayor Johnny Isbell and the Pasadena City Council urging them to enact legislation that would ban the use of bullhooks, electric prods, and other devices commonly used to inflict pain on elephants.
