Judge it!
This is insane. The most expensive GPS is only about $150. Are these guys breaking ino cars, and riking jail for this. If they lived in Texas they may actually risk getting shot and killed.
These thiefs sure are desperate and stupid.
I hve $10,000 in my safe at home for the next eartquate. Now there is some money. Try and find me. You might also get shot.
