The word is politicians, although we understand what you were attempting to convey. And yes, you are definitely right, some of our upper echelon constituents seated in high offices do tend to "Skim" off the top without recourse.

I know her and her family....this was certainly an act of desperation. Desperate times call for desperate measures, however I do not condone what she did.

Really think this a sad, where can I pick up a job application for the position since I live in La Habra? Does it have benefits, I have kids I need to insure.
