Orange County Coroner officials have identified a man Thursday who was killed in a La Habra apartment fire on Aug. 18. Kamyar Nikandjam, 41, was found dead around 9 a.m. by first responders inside the apartment in the 1400 block of S. Harbor Boulevard, officials said.
