A Chicago man was ticketed May 20 after La Grange Park police said his 2000 Chevrolet Venture van was going 19 mph over the speed limit while it was southbound on the 1500 block of north LaGrange Road at about 6:10 a.m. Marcos A. Landa-Soto, 33, was ticketed for speeding, 59 mph in a 40-mph zone, and driving while his license is suspended.
