A total of 513 participants took the Polar Plunge at Kentucky Dam Village in Gilbertsville, on Saturday Febuary 4th to help raise money for Special Olympics.

Survivors include his mother, Freida Wagner of La Center; two sisters, Dawn Bergeron of Barlow and Buffy Jones of Paducah; two brothers, Darrell Bomar of Paducah and David D. Goin of Ledbetter; and several nieces and nephews.

Ballard County Fiscal Court was held on Tuesday, January 17th and started off with Gary Vander Boegh the Chief Operating Officer of Commonwealth Environmental Services, LLC .
