A man from Monroe County is locked up, accused of shooting a man Monday night. State police said Brian Hines, 35, of Brodheadsville and Gary Hoffer, 31, of Kunkletown got into an argument about 6:30 p.m. Monday on Lower Smith Gap Road in Carbon County.
