Let me save you some money Denton. Fact - a RR crossing exist by the cemetary. Fact, the Krum Police sit in the cemetary wasting taxpayer dollars. Fact - Denton County should be investigating the real backgrounds of the Police Officers in Krum that seam to be sealed and NOT public record.

I'm confused at what this has to do with the Krum Police, Watchdog. I thought that this was a story about whether to keep open a difficult crossing. I know that there have been some wrecks on that crossing, and some semi's get stuck on the crossing. I drive past the cemetary every day on the way to work, and I don't ever see the Krum Police there. I don't even think the cemetary is actually in the city limits.

I hope Denton County fixes that crossing; it's a dangerous one. But I'd hate to see it closed. Sometimes it's nice to have an alternate route to work when the crossing on McCart is closed for some reason.

Fact is, if any trucks are getting stuck, then they should know that Jackson Rd has a 25 ton restriction (50k lbs). Most trucks weight from 65k (Rockhaulers) to 80k (standard freight). They don't belong on Jackson. I personally grow tired of my taxes paying to replace sections of Jackson, which I just so happen to live on.
