I have no complaints about the Exxon. I walk in and people are very nice. They're pizza is good as are they're burgers. Now in all fairness Lisa and her staff are also very nice. Why must everything be about who is better?

I completally agree with you!! Everything in this small town always has to be about who is doing what with who. I like both places. People are good people at both places & they both have really good food. I'm happy for both owners that they are doing good for their familes & their community

The best thing both Exxon and Canal can do is get rid of Ashley Burghdoff. She is always on the cell phone and gets pissed when she has to see to a customer. She doesnt acknowledge the them. There is no thank you and come back. She just continues her conversation. As a manager of a retail store, your customers deserve the best service. You surely dont get it from her. To be honest, if she is working and I have to go into the store. I go next door!

Why do you not bring this up to Jeff? I also think that being on a cell phone weather waiting on or waiting to check out is rude. Where is common courtesy?

Well, even if it was brought to Jeff attention(which I'm sure He does know about it) He wouldn't do what needs to be done. she does it in front of other workers and doesnt try to hide it. I agree with you on the cell phone issue. Trying to check out a customer while on the phone or vice versa makes way for many errors. Clerks and customers need to put down the cell phones until the transation is complete. It's just down right RUDE!
