Police: Fatal Armstrong Co. Crash Not Reported For Hours

A 20-year-old woman was killed in a crash in Armstrong County over the weekend. State police said the crash happened between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. on Sunday but no one reported the crash until about 12 hours later.
