When you can't get something past a grand jury, you have a serious problem with the evidence and/or presentation. A grand jury determines if there is prima facia evidence that being the evidence presented only by the prosecution. That evidence that if undisputed by the defense will result in a guilty verdict. Pretty bad when only one team is on the field and they can't score.

The police will shake down somebody until they get their man. Once they commit to a certain direction they don't change their mind,this poor man better save his money for attorney fee's, because the public defender only does plea bargains for the government.

You have a serious problem when your main witness, changes his story, or the others don't want to continue to cooperate.

What would make you say something so mean and heartless about people you know nothing about. Does there exist an element of people who bring the down quality of life in this community...yes there are. However in this same community you will find the principal of the only "A" high school in the district, nurses, teachers, local government employees and just hardworking individuals. The death of Mario was as tragic as the death of any child should be. It was a terrible loss to his family, friends and the community. Your opinion is just that, your opinion but think before you speak...your hateful words were TRULY unnecessary and make you look worst than the people you would rather see dead!!!

It's really sad that low income neighborhoods don't get the attention it needs to help deal with the crime in the McClaren Circle area. We lose so many young lives in that area and it's not fair that minorities have to suffer. Parents need to be parents and watch at all times and report what's going on in their communities because if not, our young new generation of leaders will be eliminated!

I believe originally he turned himself in because the City of Kissimmee, issued a warrant for his arrest based on the information they had at the time and the witnesses.
