If it actually was abuse by all means arrest. But if someone was told that a spanking or trying to control their teen then its ridiculous. Its like this... spoken to a judge" either let me take care of my kid this way now or YOU can take care of him later in jail ofcourse. This is exactly wjhat is wrong with parents today AFRAID to discipline! Kids have no manners no concions(?)no common sense no respect for others or property and themselves. All comes down to no discipline no accountibility and no parenting period!

If my teenager called me a "stupid f-ing b-ch" I would knock her silly and due the jail time. However, most of us wouldn't loose our jobs over it so it's easy for us to say. There is a difference between someone who hits their kids because they are having a bad day and it makes them feel better and someone who is making their child learn respect. It's not lie she smacked a two year old.

you pass the laws and then hand over your rights,so let but in a little more so we can make more money.And as for him losing his to bad .If you get a dui and have a class a cdl then you just lost your job too.
