LANCASTER -- A car stereo face plate and 85 CDs were stolen from a vehicle in the 700 block of Franklin Avenue between 8 a.m. March 1 and 10 a.m. Saturday, according to a report from the Lancaster Police Department.

Richard J. Kincaid, 76, of Kirkersville, died Monday, February 15, 2010, in Columbus, following an extended illness.
