A chiropractor with offices in Paterson pleaded guilty Thursday to charges of filing false federal income tax returns that claimed zero income or losses from his businesses in 2003 when he actually made more than $295,000. Yanal Kazan, 60, of Kinnelon , admitted his guilt during a hearing before U.S. District Judge William J. Martini in Newark.
