Decapitated goat found in Islip, officials say

Roy Gross, chief of the Suffolk Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, said the goat's severed head and body were found in a white garbage bag Saturday.

as disgusting & horrible as this and other horrendous acts, "animals" do to animals...i have been saying all along that the taliban is infiltrating our country & probably wanted a meal..i love animals and have rescued some, so please don't take my comment personally...PROUD MILITARY MOMMA OF 2~~INTO THE BLUE~~SEMPER FI

This could also be Santeria, a mix of Catholicism and Witchcraft used by some spanish people. It could be Voodoo from the Caribbean another form of witchcraft. Halloween is their high holiday.

If the infiltrating goat murdering taliban wanted a meal then why did they dispose of the goat w/o eating it? I say it's either some ritual or really misguided kids. Whatever the case may be animals should not be treated that way, God forbid these people move on to killing humans. This happened in my neighborhood...I hope the police get to the bottom if it soon.
