Must be registered Democrats. They tend to misinterpret tax statutes.

Amazing how these storiesbring out the eack pack and right wing nutjobs each and every time, I think this is why the papers publish thes faux stories.

Wow 600 over 4 years with a workfrce of +55,000, my guess thats a lot better then the private sector and if they look at small business and trades people I will ensure any of the nutjobs posting here the rate of outright tax fraud and evasion is better than 25%.

As for the numbers, well who knows what the makeup is but the reason thats not reported is because I'm sure the facts would destroy the drama. Since 100% of state workers file a w-4 for withholdings its not very likely many where underwitheld. How many of these 600 were student workers who didn't owe a dime but didn't file?(answer to the Repubthugs and Limbaugh lovers) likely a big percentage. What is the percetnage who were part time college lectures who live out of state? How many were deceased employees where the reason was a simple oversight?

You people and your retarded statements make me laugh, but I will enjoy my paid day off, thank God its great weather and its payday too.

Funny without the courant Topix is a dead place, the Courant was right to drop its relationship to this den of right wing losers.

Amazing and I bet all 600 voted for the lying, thieving, vote-stealing, leftwing, liberal, social democrats who like you who spend all their time making excuses for them. The fact is they didn't file, no excuses.

Because I love reading the stupidity posted here, retards like Fed Up just love to spout their b.s.

I have n problem with tax enforcement, but the article was biased and certainly not reflective, I think the tax departemnt should start a program up to expose tax cheats in different Corps, lets see the results, they should post the # of trades people that have been found to have somehow missed income. The Feds should expose all those criminals in the private sector that fail to pay the employer share of FICA, lets see their names posted, just scum stealing from their employee's and it happens all the time.

Its nice to see that loser Fed Up posting during normalworking hours, obviously he is a busy business executive (yeah right.. just some loser froma rich daddy)

so, you are suggesting starting a program to expose tax cheats in corp(arations). i thought that out of over 60,000 state employees there were already enouugh to do that. or are 60,000 state employees not enough for this program? so, how many work(sic) for the state tax revenue depts?, and is their work, or the work of many state employees useful and productive,eh?

Lets double the tax enforcement dept, lets get all those greedfy scumbags who fail to file, fail to report all income, play games with expneses, play game with contractor status of employees.

Lets make those scum pay, no mercy, no clemancy.

I find your b.s hilarious as for useful, funny the Republithugs including Rell thought so, most voted for the SEBAC agreement.

Go pound sand friend, I am loving my State job, I love not having to worry about layoffs and hopefully very shortly I will get a nice promotion.

Cheers. I'm going out to spend that sweet state paycheck.
