The private lawyer hired by the man charged with killing his girlfriend at their Kiamesha Lake apartment and then dismembering her body is being replaced by a Legal Aid attorney.

A 12-year-old boy who went missing in the Monticello area Saturday afternoon was found safe Sunday night, Monticello police said.
