Kentucky officials have dropped charges against a 38-year-old woman who, along with her 23-year-old husband, were arrested in North Augusta late last month on allegations they were involved in a murder in the Bluegrass State.

Dazed and Confused

How can this woman not be guilty of conspiracy, when not only was she present when the murder when it took place by her own admission, but also fled to another state, and married the murderer, because she thought by marring him, she could not testify against him??? She should be charged the same as him!

Jon Crouch, the victim of Mackie and Orenduff, was my brother. I am absolutely heartbroken and devestated that this woman is trying to lay all the blame at Mackie's doorstep. Yes, I feel she is just as responsible as he is, if not more so. A 38 yr old woman....a 23 yr old man. It's ridiculous that she isn't being charged!

yeah i'm sorry for your loss, its a shame some get away with almost everything , and other's end up paying for it
