Tony Lourey of Kerrick, the lead Democrat on the Senate Health and Human Services Committee, said during a hearing Tuesday that he'll introduce a bill based on a series of recommendations for an insurance exchange released Monday by a task force appointed by Commerce Commissioner Mike Rothman.
