A blizzard warning is in effect until noon Tuesday for the Oklahoma Panhandle. Rain is expected Monday in central Oklahoma Snow and sleet falling in the Oklahoma Panhandle is causing roads to become slick, forcing officials to close some highways.

A Watson man died early today at the scene of a crash on a wet road southwest of Smithville in McCurtain County , the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.
