It is pathetic that he had to come here to earn a living for his family in another country. Did he come here legally with a visa or any required shots? It is illegal for him to be hired and the pizza shop should be fined? Since he fathered 3 children and took on the resonsibilities of a family man, does he have health insurance to pay for the enormous bills we all face in this country? Doesn't his country or countrymen have any pizza shops in Mexico for him to work at? Sad story but I am fully aware that thousands of illegals have p_ssed somebody off with their lies, dealing, cheating, gangs, crimes, rapes, threats, etc. I abhore violence upon anyone and I believe people should stay in their home nations where they have familial and nation support by their own gov't and laws that protect them. I live here and I expect my gov't to protect American citizens against illegals who take jobs, smuggle drugs, and commit crimes here. Again, it is always safer in one's own home country, isn't it? Makes for a good news story but is shameful behavior when one leaves his family for another country.

As for medical insurance the best way to make sure people buy health insurance is not by fining the people that work hard to provide for their famlies. the best way is to stop mandating hospitals render service to those that either do not have insurance or can not pay. Period. If this scumbag was here illegaly he should be deported and if he returns he should be put in prison and forced into hard labor like building roads to pay for his upkeep while in prison.

Seems to me two views here.
First view is the obvious bigots. They stand out with flashing neon signs. Their passive aggressive comments under a do-good umbrella is too easy to spot.
The other is the feel good liberals. Their ancestors, like all of ours always are pictured on a boat... I'm a bit biased when it comes to illegal migrant workers. I grew up near a mushroom farm, which is really why we have so many illegal immigrants in this area to begin with. Most are hard working great people that should have a chance to come to American & live a wonderful life. We need to reform our immigration system. On the other hand American are willing to work "picking corn" if it provides a chance to earn a living. The only reason it doesn't provide that chance to make a living is because illegal immigrants get paid $8 an hour under the table to pick corn & mushrooms. It's really the employers that enable illegal immigrants. Crack down on them & we will see the number of illegal drop by some esimates 90%. If you worry about the illegal migrants, boycott the establishments that enable them.
