I'm so glad he did he is the prejudice prosecutor I have ever seen. Look at all the other blacks he has railroaded. If this lady was any other race she would not be going through this. So I'm so glad and because he had something to do with them KKK cards being handed out. I"m glad her family went to Memphis to get some help because them people down there stick together. Dunklin county is more prejudice than some of the little towns in the deep Mississippi, and that is a shame in this day and time.

You are so full of it!! She should have been a adult about it, got in line like everyone else does and paid for her stuff and went on about her day. You are taught that in preschool. No she had to be stupid about it. She wants all the rules changed for her. This has nothing to do with race it has everything to do with this girl thinks she has a diffrent seat of rules and laws than everyone else. I hope Wal- Mart sues her for dragging them through the mud!!!

The truth is that the Sheboon wouldn't be going to court if she would have had her TNB under control.

The whole situation is ridiculous. When are people going to understand, you cannot put your hands on a officer. She should be reprimanded. Now there is a website accusing Morley Swingle of being prejudice. Will this ever end? Seems to be a pattern.

I don't know that he is prejudiced. I just think not very good at what he does. Like the whole Buerkle lawyer fiasco. And those idiotic books he writes. OMG come on dude. Perry Mason stuff doesn't fly now. Give it up.
