There's even a television network,BET, for African Americans...if we develped a WET, s#!t would hit the fan! When are white people AND black people going to realize that we are ALL EQUAL...it's almost like the African American's feel superior to whites...And instead of passing down history and how we pulled together as Americans to establish equality for all, I just see hatred being passed down. Animocity and attitude. Look at crime statistics. I can honestly say that the most racial remarks I hear today are from African Americans...true our past as Americans was wrong and unfair to African American's, but that is the PAST...and if we can not learn from our History as a nation, we will never move forward...?

To me, the refusal to produce these tapes after three years indicates one of two things:
(a) No tapes exist, or
(b) Assuming there are tapes, the footage shows behavior that goes counter to the story Sokoloff, the police and the Walmart manager have been telling.
Sokoloff has an ethical duty to disclose to the defendant evidence he plans to use at trial. He also has an ethical duty to voluntarily disclose any information that would prove the defendant's innocence or prove mitigating circumstances.
He seems to be skating on thin ice with this continuing refusal to produce key evidence he claims he has.
