how can the corp check a levee when they can't get access.
the good people of Cardwell went fishing on the levy north of Cardwell ever since the levy was built and they had to start paying levee taxes but now we can't even get to the river un less we go all the way to red union how can this be and don;t ask anyone in Cardwell because no one knows what happened but I think its a travesty and also illeagal.
