8-year-old girl killed in ATV accident
An 8-year-old Kellerton girl died in an all-terrain vehicle accident Thursday. Charlcey Ann Bowen died after the crash that happened in a rural area outside Kellerton, said Ringgold County Sheriff Mark Davison.
