Would like to comment my thoughts on the memorial statue and land in the Keeseville area. I believe it looks very nice and it was something this area needed. Hats off to Mr. George Moore for donating the land and statue for this wonderful project I saw many hands complete. Though was it true when Mr. Moore purchased this property there was a flood and the property needed to be shored up. Was there federal money given to the owner because of this? I am seeing many wonder endeavors and contributions to this area as well as overseas to help people and projects that are positive. Are they tax right offs? When Mr. Moore are you going to clean up your own business district of Keeseville that has been neglected for years?
