With the approach of warm weather, southern Illinois residents and those who plan to be visitors to the area are tuning up their bikes and plotting outings.

Wiley Robert "Bob" Morris Jr., 84, of Vienna died at 6:55 a.m. Sunday at Southgate Health Care Center in Metropolis.
