Jose Arturo Banuelos arteaga was a married man with a son. Sergio hernandez was a known gay man. Sergio Hernandez(my uncle) lived with his mom an my divorced aunt and her 3 children. He also lived with his partner Carlos in the basement. On that saturday nigth Arturo had been calling my uncle Sergio to go meet him he had been ruly before and my uncle did not want to go. But Arturo kept insisting. So Sergio ASKED Carlos his partner to accompany him to meet Arturo. Why would a Sergio asked his lover Carlos to see arturo if he wanted to kill him? Truth is Arturo is a coward and that is his alibi which you ran. Those are the words of a man who is willing to say whatever necessary to bail out of jail. Sergio Hernandez would never pull a knife on anybody for anything. I know that when people die everyone says he was so good why did he have to die? But Sergio WAS a nice man. When my divorced aunt had a brain hemorraghe in California he said to bring her and her children and grandma to Missouri and he took her of them economically and emotionally. Now he believed my aunt was not going to be Ok yet he was willng to carry that burden out of love. Thank god she came out Ok but nontheless he insited and gave up his lifestyle (which was that a young man with all the money for himself). He always gave to the last drop and coin for his friends. He was so caring that you could argue with him and even when he was rigth and you were wrong and he'd say please forgive me. Please retract that story it's not only hurtful to the family, but also helpful to a murderer. If you don't you'll have Sergio's blood on your hands as well.
Arturo and sergio did not have a sexual relationship. And Sergio did not pull a knife on Arturo. Arturo threatened to kill Sergio before and Arturo is trying to bail out of premeditated murder he's goin for 2nd degree. Arturo cited Sergio hernandez to kill him "If you are not mine then nobody's" type of case. Arturo planned it and he was not alone there's his girlfriend who drove the white "mendez" car while arturo drove sergio's truck and arturo was helped by someone else to carry and bury the body he could not have done it alone. Do not taint Sergio's name with the deceitful words of a murderer.

I am so sorry for the loss and it is crazy I knew Arturo and he was one of the sweetiest guys. He was always respectful to me and was so nice.. I could never picture him doing something like this but then again I must not know him very well because I didn't even know he was gay he was all about the females so idk... again I am sorry for your loss
