Baby hurt; aunt faces charges

Sandra Gallardo Petatan, 23, was charged in Kannapolis with felony child abuse . A three-month-old girl in Kannapolis is hospitalized with multiple injuries and authorities say they have arrested the child's aunt.

This is evidence of the current disreguard of human life. Society should take the responsibility for this.....soft laws for murder and such crimes; not helping when serious abuse is taking place in public,etc.
