Police are still looking for the shooter. Kalkaska Festival of Trees By Jayne Smith Yesterday at 4:33 p.m. Preparations have begun for the annual Festival of Trees in Kalkaska.A The event will feature 32 decorated trees for auction to raise money for Kalkaska Area Interfaith Resources.
