Man sought for questioning in reported Kona stabbing
Big Island police are asking the public's help locating a man wanted for questioning in connection with a reported stabbing May 22 in Kailua-Kona. Tommy Eugan Howard, 29, who also goes by the names Casino, Tommy Washington and Cesar Waltz, is described as African-American with black hair and brown eyes, according to the Hawaii Police Department.
