A man accused in a classmate's death walked out of jail Monday because of a technicality.

Because someone forgot to file certain paperwork, a Fort Bend County man accused of murdering his friend will walk out of jail in a couple of days.

A 26-year-old Fresno man has been arrested for the murder of a Missouri City teen who went missing nine years ago.
