PANORAMA RANCH FACILITY IN JOSHUA TREE TO CLOSE TEMPORARILY Panorama Ranch, an institution in the Morongo Basin for 40 years, announced yesterday that it is temporarily closing its substance abuse facility in Joshua Tree and is moving its residents to its larger facility in Barstow.
